Workshop Policies

Participant Cancellation

A refund, less a twenty dollar ($20) administrative fee, will be given if cancellation is received greater than two (2) weeks prior to workshop date. No refund will be given if cancellation is within two (2) weeks of workshop date; but payment may be applied toward another workshop.

Heart to Heart Cancellation

If Heart to Heart cancels a workshop, a full refund will be given. Notice of cancellation will be emailed as soon as cancellation is confirmed.

Payment

Heart to Heart accepts registration on our website through PayPal. If needed, payment may be made by cash or check mailed to Heart to Heart, 7710 Gann Rd., Hixson, TN 37343.
